1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (120g) – 0%, 2%, or full fat all work
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp olive oil (5g)
For Topping:
2 Tbsp honey (or hot honey)
1 tsp fresh chopped chives
Fresh cracked black pepper
Pine nuts, crushed pistachios, or red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
In a food processor or high-powered blender, blend the following ingredients until smooth and creamy:
Feta cheese
Yogurt
Garlic
Olive oil
Transfer the whipped cheese mixture to a shallow bowl. Use a large spoon to create a well in the center.
Fill the well with honey. Garnish the sides with:
