Ingredients

  • 3  ripe avocados
  • ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 alapeño, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ tsp  sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Avocados:

  • Slice each avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl

Mash to Your Liking:

  • Using a fork, mash the avocados to your preferred texture—chunky or smooth.
