Instructions
Blend the Sauce
In a food processor, combine the stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
Sauté the Onion
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for about 2 minutes, until softened.
Simmer the Sauce
Pour in the blended tomato mixture and stir well. Add the white wine and mix until combined.
Cook to Perfection
Simmer the sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened—about 30 minutes.
