1/2 pound fresh asparagus
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil spray
Instructions:
Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Asparagus:
Rinse the asparagus and trim off the tough ends.
Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Season the Asparagus:
Lightly spray the asparagus with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and grated parmesan.
Gently toss the asparagus to coat evenly, then spread it back into a single layer.
Lightly spray again with olive oil.
Roast the Asparagus:
